Howard University's School of Business sits in a pocket on the northwest side of campus, bordered by Georgia Avenue NW, Fairmont Street NW, and 6th Street NW. Ground was broken on the building in June 1982, and the building was dedicated on September 28, 1984. The building is comprised of six floors and covers 130,859 square feet. A 300 seat auditorium is housed on the second floor and hosts the annual Executive Lecture Series, which has included presentations from corporate leaders including Bryan Moynihan, president and CEO of Bank of America, Sheryl Sandberg, former COO of Meta, Inc., Richard Parsons, former Chairman and CEO of Time Warner and Howard University trustee emeritus, and Robert Manfred, commissioner of Major League Baseball.

 

The building also includes lounge space, meeting space, classrooms, and spaces for numerous centers, including the
