Howard Plaza Towers West

Howard Plaza Towers East and West are fully modernized student residence halls designed for comfort, convenience, and connection. These 10-story buildings house nearly 2,000 students in a mix of coed double and triple studios, efficiencies, and two- to four-bedroom units, all featuring updated kitchens, modern bathrooms, and shared living spaces. The buildings were constructed in 1988.

The towers include study rooms, academic spaces, a fitness center, computer labs, lounges, laundry on every floor, a mailroom, underground parking, and 24/7 secure access. The surrounding courtyard has been refreshed with landscaping, lighting, and seating, creating a relaxed outdoor space for students to gather and unwind.
