Join us in person or online for this hybrid session to explore how educators can respond—rethinking assignments, redefining rigor, and designing learning experiences that emphasize critical thinking, originality, and meaningful engagement. Drawing on work from the Cornell Center for Teaching Innovation, the conversation will highlight both the challenges and opportunities AI presents across disciplines.

The program will feature a presentation by Dr. Rob Vanderlan, Associate Director of the Center for Teaching Innovation at Cornell University, followed by a fireside conversation moderated by Dr. Kyndra V. Middleton, Professor and Interim Director of the Center for Excellence in Teaching, Learning, and Assessment (CETLA) at Howard University, and audience Q&A.

Faculty, staff, students, and partners are encouraged to attend and engage in this timely conversation about the future of teaching and learning.
