Research Month Call for Abstracts

We are pleased to invite you to participate in Howard University Research Month 2026 by submitting your research abstract for the Annual Research Symposium, the premier showcase of scholarly and creative work across our campus community!

This year’s Research Symposium will take place April 30 – May 1, 2026, at the Armour J. Blackburn Center, featuring both oral and poster presentations across a wide range of disciplines including Biological & Biomedical Sciences, Physical Sciences & Engineering, Humanities, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, Business, Creative Arts & Design, Education & Outreach, and Translational & Clinical Sciences.

All abstracts must be submitted electronically by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, February 15, 2026.

Submitting an abstract is a wonderful opportunity to highlight your research, engage with peers and mentors, and contribute to the vibrant intellectual community at Howard University.
