On April 6, the Andrew Rankin Memorial Chapel will host Cornel West, Ph.D., the Dietrich Bonhoeffer Chair at Union Theological Seminary. Dr. West teaches courses on the works of Dietrich Bonhoeffer, the Philosophy of Religion, and African American Critical Thought, among other subjects—including, but not limited to, the classics, philosophy, politics, cultural theory, literature, and music. He is passionate about engaging diverse audiences to uphold the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr.—a legacy of truth-telling and bearing witness to love and justice.
