The 4th Annual HBCU Coalition Summit is a national convening organized by the HBCU Coalition, an initiative under the American College Health Association (ACHA). This year, the Summit will be proudly hosted at Howard University, bringing together students, faculty, staff, health professionals, and campus partners from Historically Black Colleges and Universities across the country. 

 

Centered on the theme “Stronger Together: Fortitude in the Face of Change,” the Summit provides a collaborative space to exchange ideas, share best practices, and strengthen collective approaches to advancing health, wellness, and equity for Black college students. The Summit emphasizes community-driven solutions, professional development, and meaningful connections across HBCU campuses. 

 

Summit Components 

  • Educational workshops and interactive sessions 

  • Panel discussions addressing current issues in college health and student well-being 

  • Networking opportunities designed to foster collaboration and partnership 

  • Special community-building events and informal networking experiences 

 

Attendees can expect engagement from a range of national organizations, health-focused partners, and community agencies supporting student wellness. Representatives from healthcare, mental health, sexual health, public health, and campus service organizations will be present to share resources, lead sessions, and connect with participants. 

 

Registration is now open. The Summit welcomes students, faculty, staff, and campus partners who are committed to advancing health equity and strengthening wellness initiatives across HBCU campuses.
